Interested homebuyers have three full weekends, April 26 and 27, May 3 and 4 and May 10 and 11, to tour new homes from local builders.
From affordable, entry-level homes and townhomes to larger, luxury builds in exclusive communities, the Atlanta Parade of Homes offers a diverse range of over 170 metro Atlanta residences. Not sure what you’re looking for? Many participating homes are decorated models featuring the latest design trends and floor plans, offering you an up-close look at stylish, available options.
This year’s homes can be found in many areas, including Cobb, Cherokee, DeKalb, Fayette, Forsyth, North Fulton, Gwinnett, Paulding and other metro Atlanta counties. Further out in northern Georgia, many new construction homes will be available for touring in Bartow, Hall and Jackson counties.
The parade is an excellent opportunity for home shoppers to walk through diverse communities and explore their surrounding areas. Discover the ideal location for your dream home and coveted design features and layouts. Tours run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays for the event duration.
