Working across metro Atlanta and beyond, Alair Homes has completed myriad renovation projects in homes of all sizes. Let’s take a look at two standout projects that just might provide some inspiration for your own remodeling project.

Wynthrop Manor Drive, Marietta Bathroom Remodel

The Alair team took a dated bathroom with an awkward layout and transformed it into a showstopper. They began by creating access to the space from the master bedroom through a rain-glass pocket door. Features in the new bathroom included a heated tile floor, a heated towel rack and a luxurious walk-in shower. Dark bronze hardware complemented the white and pearl tiles used throughout the space, and custom cabinetry added ample storage solutions for the homeowners. An infrared sauna took the space to a new level and provided an elegant focal point next to the roomy linen closet. The project earned Alair Homes the 2020 NARI National CotY award for a residential bathroom remodel between $75,001 and $100,000.

Glen Hampton Drive, Milton Kitchen Remodel

The goal of this kitchen remodel was to open up the cramped space, improve the flow and let more of the outdoors in. To start, the Alair team replaced two small windows that were over two separate sinks with a large arched window over one sink to increase the front yard view. They also replaced the outdated finishes; the upgraded materials took this already attractive home to the next level. Additionally, a new wood finish floor complemented the upgraded cabinets and appliances and new island with seating. Fresh paint on the new brick walls gave the space the industrial look the homeowners wanted.
